Kids Corner complete! 👧🏻👶🏻

We’re so excited to have this space and hope it serves our members well. Life can’t, and shouldn’t, stop just because you have littles!

So stop in on your way by, after running errands, on your way home, or whenever you can squeeze it in. There’s a space here for you and your little one. 🤍

With 24/7 access and a dedicated Kids Corner, we hope it’s a little easier to fit a workout into your schedule. Just come when you can, move your body, and bring those littles along!

We’ve added so much to the gym recently and have rearranged. So here’s a moment for the leg extension, back extension, elliptical, rower, adductor/abductor, and kids corner (enclosed gate coming this week). I think about when we first opened so often and how much we’ve grown since.

Thank you to all our members for your support. We had someone in just the other day and they said the pictures don’t do it justice, so here’s your sign to come on in and see the new layout. We do it for you!

Run Club is canceled until further notice. 🏃‍♀️🤍

I’m not running like I could last year, or even like I could this spring, and unfortunately, I’m just not able to lead run club the way I’d like to right now.🤰

That being said, we would LOVE to see it continue!

We’re hoping there may be someone in our community who has a passion for running, encouraging others, and bringing people together who would be interested in taking on some form of run club.

It doesn’t have to look exactly like it has before. We’d love for someone to make it their own and help keep people moving, connecting, and running together.

So for now, run club is canceled until further notice, but we’re hopeful this isn’t the end! If taking it on sounds like something you’d be excited about, reach out to us. We’d love to chat. ❤️
