The Mound Hawks fought hard and went 1-1 for the day, winning their second game 15-0 slaughter rule in the 3rd. But today was more than baseball.

Kasyn Ramsey (Big K) hit an out of the park home run. After the game, he went to walk to claim his Home Run trophy… the entire team stopped him! “Can we go with you! Can we go! I want to go! Let’s go!” The entire team - guest players, bat boy, and all - walked Kasyn across the complex cheering him on and jumping on him the whole way. When they got there… he couldn’t get in a word. “HE HIT A HOME RUN!!!!” They all told the officials with more excitement than Kasyn himself. Big K said that moment, made him feel so good. To be surrounded by teammates happy for him, excited, cheering, and celebrating his accomplishment!!

THAT. IS A TEAM.
THAT. IS GREAT SPORTSMANSHIP.
THAT. IS A BROTHERHOOD.
THAT. Is what it is all about!!!!

Let’s go Mound Hawks!!!!!! 🦅⚾️🤍
