Do you ever look back at where you started vs where you are now?
I always thought of myself as ‘skinny’ even though I was always sucking in my stomach, wearing clothes to cover certain areas of my body and would hide behind people in photos.
Sound familiar?? 🧐
I didn’t realize how unhappy I was until I actually started working out and noticed all the positive changes that were happening.
✨My energy levels increased dramatically
✨My depression wasn’t as bad, and I actually had motivation again
✨I no longer felt the urge to eat my feelings away
✨My skin started to clear up, I was no longer breaking out all the time
✨I found myself being more comfortable in my own skin no longer hiding behind baggy clothes or behind people in photos
Sometimes it just takes a leap of faith to try something that you know will improve your health, your mood and ultimately your life.
I gained SO much from just seeing what this was all about, and I would love nothing more than to open your world to something truly amazing ❤️

The girl on the left struggled with motivation, focus, self-worth and energy 😔
She ate fast food and ice cream almost every day. She didn't care about what she was putting in her body as long as it tasted good and was affordable.
She felt lost. She was just going through the motions of life without purpose and without anything to look forward to. She was stuck.
Fast forward a few years and the girl on the right was finally taking care of herself.
She realized how much good nutrition and movement every day helped her depression, helped her sleep better at night and gave her energy and purpose ✨
She felt alive for the first time in a long time. She was excited to do things, and finally had the energy to be more present in her son's life.
This change definitely had its challenges along the way, BUT having the tools and resources to help you succeed makes a HUGE difference in your outcome.
Making a change is HARD. Sticking to that change can be even harder, BUT the reward at the end of it all is SO incredible.
If you're feeling stuck, sluggish, unmotivated and just need a positive change to get your life back on track, hit me up!
I am here to serve YOU. To help you reach YOUR goals. To be your BIGGEST supporter and cheerleader 🤩❤️

Do you have an extra 20 minutes a day to focus on yourself? 🧐
20 minutes doesn’t seem like a lot, does it??
To break it down, 20 minutes is only 1.4% of your day….now that really doesn’t seem like a lot at all!!
So what if I told you that you could get an effective workout in in just 20 minutes a day, would you do it?
I rave about the programs that I do because I love the variety of workouts, the length of them is SO easy to fit into my daily schedule, and they truly are effective. It also takes the guesswork out of figuring out what to do, how and when. Working out made simple for sure!
I co-host an ongoing Accountability Group where we do daily check-ins, share recipes, tips and tricks to help you create a healthy lifestyle that meets your goals and schedule! I would absolutely love for you to join me!! 😃
1.4% of your day is all you need to get going….what do you say?!

Have you ever thought about what you want your life to look like in 10 years?
When I think about where I want to be, I know that I want to be able to get around easily without pain. I want to travel, go hiking, experience new things and go on adventures.
What I don’t want is to be restricted by my injured knee, to struggle walking or doing everyday tasks.
Sound familiar???
Taking care of yourself now will allow you to live a happier and more fulfilling life when you are older ✨The misconception is that fitness is about losing weight or getting that 6 pack, but it is about SO much more than that!!
This journey is about feeling good, living life to its fullest potential and surrounding yourself with people who lift you up and make you want to become the best version of yourself 💕
Doesn’t that sound amazing?!! 🤩
I would absolutely LOVE for you to join me on this journey where we can lift each other up, support each other and work towards fulfilling our goals, whatever that may be.

I am literally one of the most uncoordinated people you will ever meet! No lie, I get told this ALL the time, haha!
I’m also slow…like really slow 🐌 My old personal trainer would laugh at me cuz he would tell me to go faster, and I literally couldn’t. So we’d both bust out laughing and I’d just keep doing my thing 😜
So when I do some of the workouts that I do, I’m always going at a slower pace than the trainer. Half the time I get lost, I fumble, I have to pause and practice the move a couple times before moving on.
So when you think that you stink at the workout moves, know that you’re not alone! We all stink in the beginning, but as we push through we all get better. We will gain better balance, better coordination, and someday be able to keep up with the trainer 💪🏼
Try not to feel discouraged when you start out, instead laugh it off and have that be how you compare your progress.
I know it’s tough, but do you know how rewarding it is when you FINALLY can do it?!!! It’s THE BEST ❤️
I just started the program Chop Wood Carry Water. I know the movements are tough, but the way the trainer guides you through them knowing that you may not get them right away is amazing. It helps me not get discouraged, and it makes me super excited to see my improvements at the end of the program!! ❤️
If you’re interested in learning more about this amazing program, and fumble through it together 😉 hit me up! My inbox is always open, and I promise you won’t regret taking that first step towards a healthier YOU ✨

“If you choose to do what others won’t, eventually you will get to do what others can’t.” -Joshua Medcalf, Chop Wood Carry Water
Think about that for a minute.
What is it that you want to be able to do 10 years from now? And does your current lifestyle support that goal?? 🧐
I started my journey at my highest weight which was considered borderline obese. I think I was in shock that I had let myself get to that point, and I was starting to notice the negative effects of my bad habits. I was always breaking out on my face and back. I was bloated all the time. I was always tired and struggled with energy and drive. 🥱 I also had an injured knee that could only be healed with exercise. To me I had hit my lowest point – I was not happy and felt very unfulfilled with what I was doing with my life, so I needed to make a change for me.
Starting out WAS scary. I didn’t want to give up my routine and the foods that I loved. 🫣 What I didn’t know is that fitting in a workout and eating better didn’t have to be so intrusive to my routine. That I could start making one small change at a time and start building a routine that fit into my lifestyle and made ME happy. I didn’t have to confine myself to somebody else’s routine or schedule, I could make this journey what I wanted it to be 😃
3 years later and I no longer break out, my bloat has decreased significantly, my energy levels are thru the roof, I sleep better at night, my knee no longer hurts, I am more comfortable in my skin…I’m happy. My only regret is that I didn’t start taking care of myself sooner…
…BUT choosing me now is going to help me maintain my health and prolong my ability to get around easily as I get older, which is my ultimate goal. 💕
I want to help other women who are stuck, scared and don’t know where to start. I’ve been there before and I can help! Plus having me by your side means that you don’t have to go through this alone!!

There is no ‘right time’, there is only time, and you choose what you do with it.
There is no ‘right time’ to get into shape.
There is no ‘right time’ to start a business.
There is no ‘right time’ to change your life.
Each day has the exact same time - you either control it, or it controls you. It’s as simple as that.
If you are saying it’s not the ‘right time’, you are really saying ‘That’s not a priority for me right now’. There are people out there every single day doing what you are waiting to do, and they have the exact same time as you.
Take responsibility. Take ownership – if you truly want something to change, then it’s up to you to make that happen.
When you’re ready to take that next step, know that I’m here ready to help and support you along the way 💕

Do you ever just wish there was a reset button on life?
My mental reset lately has been taking a short break from social media. Being a perfectionist you tend to overthink things, and in turn make things more complicated.
Can anyone else relate?! 🙋🏼♀️
I just got back from a work conference in Denver, and I re-read a few chapters from the book The 5 Second Rule. One of the chapters was on procrastination as a way to help you cope with stress.
Apparently a reason why people procrastinate is not to avoid work, but to avoid stress. ‘Procrastination is “a subconscious desire to feel good right now” so you can feel a little stress relief.’
This really got me thinking of some of the habits that I have fell into lately to wind down or not think about everything going on. They were my way to feel a little less stress, but what it really did was push me a little further away from my goals.
I decided today is the day that I push myself out of that cycle. I set my phone on the other side of the room last night to force myself up when my alarm went off. I showered and got ready, and now I’m sitting here drinking my mushroom mocha about ready to start my work day.
It feels GOOD.
If you feel the same way, I’d love to hear from you! As I work on revamping my routine, it’s always nice to collaborate and re-engage ourselves! I think we all need to reconnect and revisit our action plan, and that is exactly what I’m doing ❤️

I’ve been a little MIA lately as we were getting ready to celebrate our non-wedding 😜
What is a non-wedding you ask?! Well, we’ve been together for 8 years and have decided that officially getting married wasn’t something either of us truly wanted. So we decided to get all dolled up, do a fun little photo shoot and throw a party with our closest friends and immediate family ❤️
The day couldn’t of been more amazing, and we’re grateful for the amazing people we spent it with ❤️ For those of you who were not with us physically, you were definitely with us in spirit and we love you deeply 🥰
Cheers to a new chapter of our lives with many more memories to be had 🥂❤️
