Um…can I unsubscribe from this life lessons and healing stuff? Opt out or something? They sending me too many triggers and opportunities to grow, take me off the list please lol smh I’m thankful I have belief in myself and access to tools to assist me through all this because, man.

The last few weeks been kicking my ass but honestly, yoga’s been getting me through.

Teaching is always a bright spot in my week and I’m thankful for the opportunities always! I’ve been able to teach on rooftops/34 floor, riding the elevator up with my kids and a Titans player (don’t ask me which one, sorry to that man lol) and teach Mr. Tony from Out of the Box TWICE! I taught some young ladies some Afrobeats yoga last weekend which was fun (more on that later)! And I’ve also got to flow with some of my favorite regular students and I’m ALWAYS thankful for your energy! ✨🥰

I’ve also been dealing with grief and worry, work deadlines, relationship tests and my kids cutting up lol it’s always a mixture of good and growth opportunities in this life lol smh

I think I kept myself kinda balanced this Libra season 🥴 lol Sliding into Scorpio season, ready to keep my mind my business and stand on it.
