Our Xcel Silvers working hard on those important vault fundamentals: heel drive + reach!

This drill teaches to drive their heels while reaching through their shoulders with an open body position. These mechanics help create a strong, powerful entry onto the vault table and promote proper timing and body shape.

Building strong, powerful habits one drill at a time! 💪🏼🤸‍♀️
