🎾 WHAT A WEEKEND FOR MTA AT SOUTHERN SECTIONALS! 💙

Our 10U teams finished an incredible 4th place for MTA 2 and 6th place for MTA 3 at the Southern Sectionals Championships! 🏆

With no Nationals offered for 10U or 12U, this is the furthest our players could go — and we made it here in our very first year competing! What an accomplishment for these young players and our program.

And something we are especially proud of: Elijah, Jackson, and Caleb each received a Sportsmanship Award! 🌟 Three MTA players recognized for sportsmanship at Sectionals is unbelievable and such a testament to the character of our players.

We witnessed incredible competition and faced some very tough opponents this weekend. Our players fought until the very last point of every match. They were absolute warriors out there, giving everything they had, supporting one another, learning, adjusting, and competing with heart. 💪🎾

So many positives to take home — and plenty of notes on what we can keep working on. That’s what competition is all about: compete, learn, grow, and come back stronger.

We could not be prouder of these players and everything they accomplished this weekend.

Congratulations to Neil Dube on making the Bob Jones Tennis Team! 💙🎉

Neil started his tennis journey with MTA back in 2023, alongside his little sisters, Priyanka and Aariya. Since then, it has been so much fun watching his game grow right along with him.

Neil’s hard work, dedication, and especially his ability to listen, learn, and apply what he’s taught have helped him improve tremendously over the past few years.

This week, Neil took on the Bob Jones Tennis Team tryouts and MADE THE TEAM! 🎾🙌

We couldn’t be prouder of him. So well deserved, Neil! Keep working hard, this is just the beginning! 💙🎾
