For those of you who don't know I'm teaching here on Wednesday nights and it looks like a new location is on the horizon. Feel free to come out for a class or twelve and be part of the community.
Big News!! In the New Year, Mala Yoga Center is moving...just across the street!
We are beyond excited to have the opportunity to become part of a new Collective Wellness Center in Monona. Our new space will be in a historical treasure of Monona. More details AND pictures to come - stay tuned!

Hey homies, the usual Wednesday park yogas will be moving to Tuesday nights. Why the change? Because I was offered a vinyasa class at Mala Yoga Center, on Monona dr. on Wednesday nights.
My current offerings are:
Tuesday, 6p alignment flow at Orton Park.
Wednesday, 530p vinyasa at Mala.
Thursday, 7p yin at Princeton club east.
