Madison Blue Streaks: Physicals Encouraged!

Attention Football Families,

As we prepare for the start of the football season, we highly encourage all athletes to complete a Preparticipation Physical before the season begins. While it is not required to participate, having a current physical is recommended for your athlete’s health and safety.

If You Choose to Complete a Physical

Please turn in your completed physical packet to your Team Mom or Coach. Forms can be turned in:

* At the first practice OR

* During Summer Speed & Agility Clinics (Mondays & Thursdays, 6:00–7:00 PM at Madison Middle School)

If your athlete completes a physical, please make sure the appropriate sections of the 2026–2027 Preparticipation Physical Evaluation packet are completed and signed.

As we celebrate 250 years of American independence, we proudly honor the brave veterans, active-duty military members, and their families. Thank you for your service, sacrifice, and unwavering commitment to protecting the freedoms we enjoy every day. Because of your courage, we are able to live, learn, play, and celebrate as a community.

Today, we celebrate our nation’s history, the values of teamwork and perseverance, and the pride we share in being Americans.

Let’s help make this Independence Day a celebration to remember!

The Madison Blue Streaks Youth Football & Cheer Association wants to see as many players, cheerleaders, coaches, and families as possible with us today, Saturday, July 4th! Let’s come together to celebrate our country, our community, and proudly represent MBSYFA with our 212 Pride!

☀️ It’s going to be a beautiful day, so come out and celebrate with us!

📅 Date: Today, Saturday, July 4
⏰ Meet/Staging Time: 10:00 AM
🎉 Parade Begins: 11:00 AM
📍 Meet At: Madison Middle School Parking Lot

🏈 Football Players: Wear your football jersey or any Madison Blue Streaks gear.

📣 Cheerleaders: Wear red, white, and blue with tennis shoes.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Parents & Families: We encourage you to walk with us! Feel free to hand out candy along the parade route or meet your athlete at the end of the parade.

Parade Route:
🇺🇸 Starts at Madison Middle School Parking Lot
➡️ East on Middle Ridge Road
⬅️ Left onto Burns Road
🏁 Ends at the Madison High School north student parking lot
