Shout out alert! 🚨🚨🚨

Each spring we do a spring fundraiser known as the “Lift-A-Thon”. This years money went towards more upgrades for our racks.

Seen here we bought landmine attachments, monkey bar pull up attachments and dip bars.

We also bought chalk buckets, landmine attachments and dip bars (seen in that Trojan Blue).

The goal is always to improve the needs of our student-atheltes and these are some big time upgrades.

Those that have given deserve a BOOM BABY! 💥💥💥

Dakota State University in Madison, SD has Graduate Assistant opening for Strength & Conditioning:
 
The Graduate Assistant (GA) Coach of Dakota State University’s athletic programs is an integral member of the Athletic Department and requires an enthusiastic, pro-active, high-energy individual who is determined to see that the programs goals are met.
 
The GA works primarily with the head coach and student-athletes to ensure that each Dakota State University student-athlete and prospective student-athlete receives a quality experience. This opportunity requires the availability to work a variable schedule. Hours will be determined by mutual agreement and work to best accommodate the GAs academic schedule as well as the needs of the Strength and Conditioning programs.   This position will be paid hourly at a rate of $10.80 up to a max $3,000/semester (Fall and Spring).
 
Primary Responsibilities:
* Assist with strength and conditioning programs for the following athletic teams: Cross Country, Baseball, Football, and additional teams as needed.
* Follow budget guidelines set forth by Head Coach / Director of Athletics.
* Attend staff and/or institution meetings /events when required.
* Knowledge of, and adherence to, NAIA and Conference rules / regulations regarding recruiting, eligibility, and compliance.
* Assist as needed with home athletic events.
* Attend practices and games.
* Assist with program and team management, travel planning, fundraising, youth summer camps, and team building event planning.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Coach/Director of Athletics.
