Hey everyone! Our environmental chair Melina will be having another work day at the garden on Wednesday from 4:30 to 7.

There’s a lot that needs to get done, so any help is appreciated! You don’t need to be there the whole time, and if haven’t been out there before she’ll teach you anything you need to help!

THE TIME IS HERE!! Sign up through the link in our bio for a day of outdoors activities at Yowela Farms. We will be canoeing, building traditional planting sticks and cooking paddles and cooking dinner over the fire with optional camping! All supplies, food and transportation provided. Catch the 80 bus, walk the lakeshore path, or bike to the Eagle Heights Community Gardens on April 28th at 2pm for a farm workday and yoga! We will be working on the Wunk Sheek plot starting at 2pm and then engaging in a outdoor yoga class at the farm, led by Colleen Henegan, at 4pm! Come for both or just stay for one! 🧡🫶🏽
