Cooler: 
Coolers are always a few minutes late and they typically are clock watchers. When it's time to go they can't wait to leave. They complain about anything and everything. Nothing is ever their fault. They’re satisfied with average and have no ambition to better themselves. They wait to be told what to do and watch to see what everyone else is doing. 

Cleaners:
Cleaners are the first one in and the last to leave. They’re always on top of the board and nobody ever beats them. Cleaners take full responsibility for their outcomes. "Things happen to them, not because of them." Cleaners have the "Failure is not an option" mindset and do whatever it takes to be number one. Cleaners don't need the spotlight. They know they are the best and don't need pats on the back. Cleaners help build people up as opposed to tearing them down.
