New coaches uniforms just dropped, so naturally we had to do a team fashion show!

The gear? Leveled up!
The modeling skills? Debatable.

Thankfully, our real job is coaching, hyping you up, fixing your form, and helping you get stronger every time you walk through the door.

So no, we won’t be quitting our day jobs anytime soon…but we will be looking a little more official while doing them!

Help us welcome Coach Lydia! Another member…turned coach! And if you’ve ever worked out next to Lydia,you already know…she brings the best kind of energy! Locked in. Focused. Dialed. (You’ve definitely seen the game face mid-set 😤)

Lydia leads by example in every way: incredible form, consistent effort, and a level of intensity that pushes the entire room…while still being the person who makes you feel welcomed the second you walk in.

That’s a coach!

Here’s a little more about Lydia:
Grew up: a small township called Primrose
Pre-workout: banana + peanut butter
Post-workout: banana, peanut butter, chocolate protein smoothie
Favorite movement: burpees
Least favorite: kettlebell swings

Why F45:
“I’m a firm believer in the F45 formula. I think it’s the greatest workout for everyday people to stay healthy and athletic.”

Coaching style:

The impact she wants to make:
