You know when you have a deep desire to become better? To fulfill your potential? Katherine made this decision this off season to become a better swimmer. This weekend it truly showed. She swam amazing. Biked STRONG. Ran LIGHTS OUT!

Erik did something, EPIC this week! Multi stage gravel race!! Some of craziest climbing you’ll experience! How cool is that! We are so proud of you! This guy does it all! From triathlon to gravel to running events, we love to see his passion!
