We ate, we swam, we ate some mo’, we laughed and bonded over this weekend in Rockford as we played in the Next level Tournament !

Our mission at Higher Dimensions Youth Basketball Program is to develop young
student athletes with values like Integrity, Teamwork and Restorative Principles.
Through our program, we provide opportunities for social emotional learning using
Restorative Principles while promoting skill development in basketball. We believe that
by teaching values like integrity, determination, and teamwork, we create a positive environment for student athletes to grow both on and off the court. Sports are not just
about winning, but also building character and personal growth. Our program offers a
structured and safe space for student athletes to learn and improve their basketball
skills while emphasizing the importance of teamwork. Through practices, games, and
team-building activities, we foster camaraderie and community among players.
Additionally, we understand the significance of social emotional learning for the
development of young student athletes. Our program incorporates lessons on empathy, communication, and self-awareness to help them become well-rounded individuals who
can overcome challenges on and off the court.

We’re On Purpose…intentionally integrate social emotional learning into the Restorative
Justice Principles while developing youth in a basketball setting. Teaching empathy,
communication, and self-awareness will equip the student athletes with valuable skills that they can apply both on and off the court. It's important for them to learn how to handle challenges and interact with others in a positive and respectful manner.
