Mad City Open

Howdy! We are getting closer to Mad City Open 2026! We are making plans for the best MCO yet 😃 There are still a few spots available in B pool. Here are some details so far:

Player pack pickup is on Friday September 11th at Token Creek shelter 3 (tournament central). You can pick up anytime between 2-7pm. This allows for smooth check-in at all courses on tournament day.

Player party is on Saturday after the second round. There will be free beer sponsored by Lone Girl Brewing Company. Birdiehouse is sponsoring free pizza, root beer and ice cream. We'll get the fire going, and of course some tunes. The raffle will be held at the player party instead of Sunday.

Awards will be held at tournament central after A pool finishes. A pool has tee times on Sunday, come out and watch the top cards finish out their round. Snacks will be provided. All AMs who cash will receive funny money that MUST be used at our ONSITE vendors on Sunday. We will announce vendors soon.

We look forward to seeing everyone and hope everyone has had a great summer so far!

Mad City Open 2026 planning is underway! Saturday, after your second round, come out to the player party at Vallarta-Ast. Lone Girl Brewing is once again sponsoring a variety of their tasty brews and Birdiehouse is sponsoring pizza, a keg of root beer and vanilla ice cream. Yes folks, you read that correctly, root beer floats! Beer, pizza and root beer floats, for free!!

We'll get a fire going, have a few games, music and the raffle.

Just 24 spots remain! A pool is full and C pool has 3 spots available. Pools are subject to change to maximize the number of players. We encourage folks to get on the waitlist if your pool is full as there are always drops and as mentioned may move divisions to allow more people to get in.

Mad City Open 2026 - Wisconsin Tour Stop Mad City Open 2026 - Wisconsin Tour Stop is a PDGA-sanctioned disc golf tournament in Deforest, Wisconsin beginning September 12, 2026 and hosted by Birdiehouse.

Mad City Open has 48 spots left. Pool numbers vary. Don't miss out on Madison's longest running tournament! Player party with free food and beverages for all players, volunteers and staff. Putting challenge course set-up all weekend. Raffle on Saturday.
