I wanted to post telling my students and UKM America followers that at this time we are not engaging in any class activities. We hope to have some content direct seminars this fall. Thank you for your patience and loyalty as we begin a new phase of life and training.

Look for our upcoming videos showing some of the basic tenets and techniques of Urban Krav Maga. We do not proclaim or desire to argue who has the best art form. What we can, and will do, is put the pedigree of our Senior Instructors, our Chief Instructors (Stewart McGill, Senior Instructor British Combat Association, Hall of Fame MAI, Leo Negao, BJJ Black Belt, BJJ World Champion,Vale Tudo Champion and many more.) up against any others. There has been way to much prostelyting of the name Krav Maga. If you teach the tenets of Krav as set forth by Imi Lechtenfeld, or the instructors who went forward with his blessing, then great. But if you're teaching Karate/Watered down Krav. Then simply say so. If you or your art form is not evolving with the difficulties and dangers of our streets today, stop taking peoples money by telling them they're learning Krav Maga or any other name you attach yourself to self defense systems. I don't have all the answers, but neither do any of us. If you tell your students that you can teach them yo be 100% safe, shame on you!!! You just put that student in more danger than if he hadn't trained at all!! Sorry for the l9ng winded speech!! JL

We're going to be adding Thursday night's to the workout schedule. The only difference is that we will need you to text if you're planning on attending Thursday. Those that are scheduled to take their respective pressure tests for promotion to the next level, should consider attending!! JL
