If you’re looking for a locally owned gym to continue your workouts at during the 2 week renovations at PF, Dawson’s Fitness and Bootcamp is offering 2 weeks free!

We’re located in Granite City and offer bootcamp style classes 7 days per week including Full Body Circuit, Cardio+abs, Weight training & TRX.

Our fully loaded gym, cardio room and sauna are available for use during class times if group fitness isn’t really your thing!

There is no pressure to sign up for a monthly membership at the end of your two weeks, although we’re sure you’ll want to keep coming back 😉💪🏼

This Saturday morning we will have Busy Body Meals bringing by some protein treats to try out. By nature, they are a high protein and fresh meal prep company to help you stay on track in the midst of a busy life. Say Hi to Haley with a table to learn more!
