WOD 2: Descending reps for the win!
7 minute cap
For time, 30 burpee box jump overs, 25 alternating DB sn**ch, 20 hand release push ups, and 15 toes-above-knees/hanging knee raises.
Less than one week remains to register for the TRU challenge! We have a category for every athlete, from the beginner to those with more experience. The TRU challenge is designed as an opportunity for anyone interested in CrossFit or functional fitness to test themselves while having fun in the process. If competing as an individual intimidates you, grab your buddies and register as a team. If you don’t know where you belong, reach out and we can offer recommendations.
All of the workouts are relatively quick, and we anticipate a tidy competition day schedule.

WHAT: Teams of 3 (MMM | FFF) and Individuals
WHEN: April 25, 2026
DIVISIONS: Novice, Intermediate, Masters (40-54), and Masters+ (55 and above). No pure Rx and no fire breathers allowed! We are so excited to have two Masters Divisions! No more wishing you could only compete with people closer to your age!
