We have 3 rules at Dance Life: (1) have fun, (2) try not to run into each other, and (3) yes, you're doing it right! We warmly welcome participants of any gender, size, race, age, or ability level and are firm believers in the principles of Health At Every Size® (HAES). All bodies deserve respect and love exactly as they are right now, and all bodies have the right to pursue health behaviors like dance and aerobics if they so desire! We're here to bring together an amazing community of people who want to have fun, explore all the wonderful ways we can inhabit our bodies, and learn some new skills along the way or just get sweaty in a dance class!

🤺I had to jump a fence TWICE to get him back, that was way easier at 9 than 39
💨 He skedaddled, then plopped *right into a patch of dog dookie*
🥧 Somehow he majestically got none on him, but I fully stepped in that pie

So yeah, I both recommend and don't recommend providing for your children in this way, good luck!

We'll be using big skirts, TWO canes, and doing a bit of Irish dance, too. It's gonna rock, come skip around with us 😍
