First ride of the year in the books!! Thanks to everyone who showed out today to get to experience a little bit of what the cycling team is all about!

We had two groups, a mountain and a road group and we road together and then split off our separate ways after a lil coffee stop☕️. More group rides to come, but in the mean time if anyone is looking for a slightly more chill ride to just meet people or get introduced to what we are all about, then pull up tomorrow to Campus Bike & Skate for our first ever Monday Mob at 5:15pm!

More to come in the next two weeks so stay tuned on the instagram and join our discord to learn more and be updated!!

MONDAY MOBS ARE HERE!
A new Monday evening group ride for anyone (public welcome!) looking to get out, explore campus, and cruise with some friends.
We’ll switch up the route each week with rides around UCSD and the surrounding areas, including spots like the Par Course, Gliderport, and the lookouts by Birch Aquarium.
Expect 8-10 miles of road + dirt at a chill, no-drop pace. Road bikes, mountain bikes, commuters, and everything in between are welcome! Gears + knobby tires recommended for the dirt sections.
Bring lights, water, a snack, and some friends.
Meet at Campus Bike and Skate at 5:15, roll at 5:30
FIRST RIDE IS MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 28TH! Come party!

Time for our other co-social chair, Amanda! Amanda is a fourth year molecular and cellular bio major🧪 from Los Gatos. Just like Delaney, she is in charge of team energy + keeping us updated with all that’s needed to know! Amanda road bikes and mountain bikes on the team. A favorite memory from the team last year is going to Sea Otter Classic in Monterey for a long weekend of biking and camping. As for goals this year, Amanda hopes to crash less and keep the team social!
