Want to get stronger, build muscle, and continue seeing results? The key is something called progressive overload. 🔥
Progressive overload simply means gradually challenging your body a little more over time so it continues to adapt and improve.
That could look like:
✅ Increasing your weight
✅ Adding a few more reps
✅ Improving your range of motion
✅ Slowing down and controlling the movement
✅ Reducing rest time between sets
The goal isn’t to go from 20-pound dumbbells to 50-pound dumbbells overnight. It’s about making small, consistent improvements that add up over time.
If you’re using the same weights, moving the same way, and never challenging yourself, your results can plateau. That’s why our trainers are constantly encouraging you to grab a heavier weight, push for one more rep, or focus on better form.
