It’s Motivation Monday! Here’s a shot of me, Anne, in Tennessee at my most recent show. I broke my streak of first place wins by taking second, but it was still an awesome trip! I hope that today I can help inspire you to reach your goals. 3D Nutrition Supplements has been helping Me with my supplement regimen for about 8 years now, and they can help you reach your goals too! Stop in the store, call them at 608 800-2752, message them or visit their website at www.3dnutritionsupplements.com
They are always happy to help!

I had a great "gym morning" today! One of my clients is down another 4 lbs (Good work, Pat!), and my Little Bear (Anne Glynn) is looking better at this stage of her prep than I've ever seen her look before. Couldn't be prouder of both of them. Nice job putting mass on those lats and delts, Baby Girl!

Our favorite little superstar is about to become our favorite college setter! Kara left today for her first year at UW Superior. Can't wait to see what you do as a Yellowjacket, Kara!

If you are a competitor that is seeking posing coaching for the 2015 season please call/text Anne at 608-751-3281 or Facebook message Great Physique Personal Training (or of course Anne) regarding setting up a posing session today! I prefer that you not email me at this time due to the fact I have been having technical difficulties with Web site and email inquiries! Have a happy and healthy day! ☺

Thank you, Facebook friends and family! Competition season can be very tough physically, mentally, and emotionally. But every positive comment, every wish for good luck, and every encouraging quote from each of you helps Anne to stay on track and keep pushing.
It really helps me (Trevor) as well. Since I am her primary emotional support and sounding board during prep time, it can be very draining for me as well. Everything that each of you guys says or does that makes her feel better or encourages her makes my life a little easier as well. We both appreciate all of you very much!
I'm adding more photos this week! As mentioned yesterday, we're very happy with Anne's physique improvements over last year at this same show. She didn't make a Top Five placing, but was pleased with the changes to her body, as was I. We won't know her actual placing until the full results are posted by or received from the promoter. Only the Top Five are announced at the show.
I was able to do some editing to some of the photos from the show to post them. They're not great, but at least you can see what she worked so hard to bring to the stage. In a few weeks, we'll have the professional shots back, and I'll post some of them as well.
We really appreciate each and every one of you! Thanks again! I'm the one typing this today, but I promise you that Anne feels the same way. I'm writing for both of us.

Here's an update on our weekend at the show in Kansas City. Anne took the stage larger and leaner than she did here a year ago, so we are happy with her progress! That being said, she's already studying and planning her off-season strategy while we travel back to Wisconsin. She never stops striving!
Having achieved the goal of improving her physique, the next hope was to get a top-five placing. This did not happen, but we can't complain. The top five in her class each brought a truly amazing physique to the stage. Actually, every single one of the 14 figure pros in Anne's class looked fantastic! I didn't envy the judges the tasks of judging a class that large and deciding who would take home the hardware.
Fred and Jan's reputation for promoting a show with top pros and fierce competition remains intact. It was another great show, just as we've come to expect. Easily one of the largest shows of the year, there was a total of 217 competitors between the pro and amateur ranks. As usual, two stages ran classes similtaneously to accomodate the large event.
Because I was busy helping Anne backstage, I had little opportunity to take photos when she was on stage. The few I did get had poor exposure. I'll be checking to see what shots her dad got, and I ordered the professional photos, so I hope to have stage shots up soon. In the meantime, I'll post what backstage and candid photos I have.
Thanks to everyone for all of your support and well wishes! Anne greatly appreciated it, as did I.
