It was a great night for dancing and our Annual General Meeting! Thanks to Rebecca Renee Winnie and Janice for teaching, and Dave for the live music!

A multi-purpose night, with Hugh teaching a Unit 4 lesson and Rebecca working on some of the dances for next week’s AGM/Social and a couple from the Milwaukee Summer’s End program.

You probably think that we are never dancing at the Blue Ridge Scottish Dance School! But we are dancing up a storm every day, learning new figures like Schiehallion long-wise reels, mirror set & link, and the circulating knot.

Tonight's class included a couple old favorites (still new to newer dancers, of course!) and some new-to-us dances with interesting and fun formations! Thanks to all of the dancers and to Janice and Terry for leading us through. Janice says "Go England!" -- she did indeed drag herself away from the "football" world cup to teach us tonight.

Perhaps the sisters will play in Madison some day!
