🔥 HELL WEEK UPDATE 🔥

The first 2 days of Hell Week Bootcamp were nothing short of BRUTAL — and these ladies showed up, showed out, and survived it! 💪😤

From the first round to the last rep, they pushed through every burn, every breath, and every “why did I sign up for this?” moment 😂 But guess what… they MADE IT THROUGH! 🙌

Proud is an understatement — they’re proving exactly why it’s called HELL WEEK and earning every bit of that victory sweat! 🔥💥

Season 2 has officially kicked off and day 1 is in the books!!! So thankful to see all the returning faces to kick off the next round and super excited to meet all the new ones who have joined us!!!! U ladies ROCK and now that the FIT Test is over let's get this party started!!!! 💪🏾🔥💪🏾🔥💪🏾🔥💪🏾

Season 1 at has come to and end and 1st round of online fitcamp is heading into its last week!!! Words can't describe how excited I am for each of these ladies!!! From my returning ladies online and some amazing new friends at TPFN!! They have each hung in there and kicked some a*z!! I started this journey again for myself along side them to get myself back on track annnnnnd although I have a ways to go personally I am super thankful for all the encouragement along the way and grateful to be kicking off round 2 bringing in some of our cra-cra workouts to the table!! I'm looking forward to heading up Seaton 2 at TPFN starting April 2nd and kicking off our online fitcamp for round 2 starting April 10th!!! Class is full for our 4:30am in person class but I'm still have 5 more openings for our 5am online!!!

Congratulations ladies on all ur achievements this 1st go around!!! I knoooooow u will be even more AMAZING for round 2!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥❤️❤️❤️💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
