CHEESE CAR!!!!! This was a peak life experience! At the very end of Robin surprised me with a cheese car that he had been secretly constructing during the convention!!!! 🥹❤️ The only other experience I can compare to is seeing the total solar eclipse, when a brand new reality opened up before me and it was the most beautiful thing ever. I feel extremely lucky to be married to this incredible human, and for realizing a dream I didn’t know I had, which was to drive a piece of cheese off into the sunset to close out the final year of my cheese themed hoop convention. It was the perfect way to end it. Thank you Robin! Also, this video created by .in.motion absolutely needed a spot on my grid. Thank you Liz for this perfect edit!
13 weeks post-op. My first on-body hooping in about three months. The darkest part of winter has passed, and I feel like I’m finally returning to life as well.

Hoop/Flow Jam returns to a weekly schedule starting 11/9! Come practice in our big beautiful space at each week from 6 to 8 pm. These practice jams have no formal instruction, and are geared as a time to play, practice, and socialize. All ages inexperienced levels are welcome, and those under 15 must be accompanied by an adult. There are hoops and other flow props for use if you don’t have your own. MCS features 40 foot ceilings, a sprung wood floor, and a ton of space to move in. Free to attend, donations welcome. We look forward to flowing with you soon!
Reflecting on an absolutely incredible week at ✨ Thank you so much for hosting another stellar event in Turkey! 🇹🇷 It was fantastic learning from you and and (I have sooo many new moves to unpack)! And it was just lovely connecting with everyone and being completely supported. I am feeling so nourished in my body, mind, and spirit.
