This all levels functional fitness class will take you through a variety of movements (hinge, squat, lunge, push, pull, plank and rotation) using a variety of equipment (barbells, TRX, kettlebells etc). Participants will learn to strengthen all their muscles between their nose and toes while having fun and getting fit to take on any of life's challenges!
Class is every Tuesday/Thursday from 3 - 4pm!

Sign up for Intro to Qigong on Tuesdays/Thursdays from 5:30 to 6:30 pm.
This class is a great way to get in movement that improves your physical health while reducing your stress levels. Qigong has been found to be effective in reducing depression through activating the parasympathetic nervous system (psns). Activating the PSNS can do amazing things for your body including: slowing heart and breathing rates, lowering blood pressure and promoting digestion. This relaxed state is so good for our continued health but also for recovery!
Take an hour (or two!) each week to care for your body and mind by practicing Qigong!
