Spring is here! And this means the tire is finally getting some action! 💪 Our trainer Kaade is always so great at getting his clients outside to crush their exercises!

This amazing woman is already back to her pre baby weight only 3 months after having her second little boy!
She trained with me(Katie), throughout her entire pregnancy and it helped keep her and her baby strong and healthy!

Training this women’s group has been an absolute honor! I started it over 9 years ago and so many of these women have never left! Almost every single woman that starts this group stays on for years! They see the success and results and are stuck with me! 😂 And I love it!
