Ahoy Everyone!
It's this Pirate Captain's birthday. Thanks all for reaching out and wishing me well.
I am still stuck in a blizzard.

Ahoy Crew!
The other day I got a call from one of my friends that comes out on The Enchantress with their family. "Hey Captain, aren't you out in the mountains snowboarding? You ok? Take care. Remember, we're coming out on your boat with you this summer! What's up till then?"
Till then I just teach, ride my snowboard and laugh in the mountains with my friends. I come home every night and pray with all my might, that I can get up and do it again.
Here's to my wintertime friends and their help this season! And a big shout out to all my summertime friends on the water!
Summer's coming back and so am I.

Another Crazy Adventure with Capt. Mike!
So, today I was hanging out on the Memorial Union Pier. I was making friends, shaking hands and trying to book some outings on The Enchantress.
A couple were coming in with pontoon cycles. I said "Hi let me help ya get docked" as I always would do. My mouth is always in gear even if my mind isn't, so all It could slip in was "Tony" at the end there. I only realized after uterance that I just called our Governer by his first name only!
After I put my hand out and helped him onto the pier, I introduced myself with both our proper names Capt. Mike McGettigan and Governor Evers. I showed them The Enchantress, they seemed to like it.
They went in for a bratwurst. When they were going past back to thier cycles, they said "Bye Capt. Mike". I blurted out "Sea ya Dude, take it easy."
I looked at the guys in boat next to me and said, "I just called him Dude, didn't I?" They laughed, but ya know he did seem to have a good grip when I helped him onto the pier and he seems like a Good Dude.
