Turning 25 feels like a pretty damn good time for a reinvention!!! 🫣

Eeeeekkk, so excited to officially announce Branded by Sim, a creative studio for visionary women born to stand out. ❤️‍🔥🍒

This rebrand was SO LONG OVERDUE and those of you who know me know that I SUCKED at keeping at a secret LOL.
But it’s also deeply personal to me.
Including my name in my business is something I always shied away from, and I knew that for this chapter I wanted to embrace it.
The logos are especially meaningful to me. The Indian-inspired frame for our primary wordmark reflects my culture, and while the logo mark originally represented Heart & Mind, it’s also made up of four reflected ‘S’s, which is a nod to my name!

At its core, our business is staying the same. We’re still all about color, personality, and authentic brands.

What’s changing is that we’re stepping into our authority. Our work has evolved into a unique branding process that sits at the intersection of consumer psychology, premium feminine design, and energetics, and this next chapter is about fully owning that category of one!!🤩

I was on vacation & had a client meeting the next day. Instead of being present, I was preoccupied with getting a logo design done to show her.
I knew I should’ve been focused on my vacation, but I prioritized my work and sat there until I came up with something.
And she didn’t like it.

I was mad at myself and had 0 creativity, but when I stumbled upon this antique shop, it felt like my cup was being refilled.
The lace textures, the intricate patterns, the colors reminded me why I love my work so much!! 🥹

Like SOOO MANY of us business women, I’m someone who really struggles to create intentional time for joy, because I love my work so much and always want to be making progress.
Following my joy and prioritizing my time off didn’t mean I came back with a new logo in mind, but it sure as hell beat staring at a screen trying to force creativity (literally the WORST thing for it, actually)

For all my small business ladies, you’re not losing momentum by taking a break.
💌 Take care of yourself, because rest is the fuel behind your fire!!

It was SO SPECIAL to bring this brand to life! Congrats Christine & Vanessa! 🎉🥰

I’m excited to share something that’s been years in the making.

What started as a dream between Vanessa and me is now becoming reality. After 2.5 years of hosting events together, we’re reopening the doors at 4433 Woodgate Drive with a new name: The Red Thread.

The Red Thread will be home to both Beyond Salt Spa and Sacred Peace Yoga & Wellness, bringing salt therapy, sauna, massage, yoga, embodiment, and community together under one roof.

We’re also welcoming new practitioners, services, and a newly renovated space. Best of all, everything will soon be bookable in one place.

Over the next few weeks, we’ll share more updates and introduce the amazing people joining us. Leslie and V, both with over a decade of experience, will begin seeing clients the week of June 8th.

We can’t wait to share what we’re creating with you.

Y’all know I won’t preach authenticity & hide behind a business name + aesthetic I’ve outgrown !!! 😉
This next chapter is inspired by the parts of myself I spent so long wishing away: my culture, my name, my color.

I spent the better part of my teen years hearing comments like “terrorist”, “curry-muncher”, and “shave!” and wishing I was ANY other ethnicity.
But I’ve become someone who is so proud to be Indian, who is INSPIRED by its beauty, history, architecture, patterns, and richness. 🥰

And these last few months especially, I’ve TRULY become so much more confident, clear, and just trusting in myself & my purpose.
I knew that my brand needed to evolve with me.

Our focus is still branding, messaging + web design guided by Human Design, astrology & consumer psychology for colorful, visionary women!
We’re just moving into a more mature style as our skill has improved, a blend of editorial, luxury, and romantic.

Color is self-expression in a time where neutrals are very popular.
It’s one way I can really translate my clients’ personality & energy into emotions their clients will be able to feel (and read, because accessibility!!!)

And through every change in our business, our love for color has remained a constant.
Whether you’re a bold coach, an elegant therapist, or a luxury wedding vendor, color helps bring that energy to the forefront.

So, every color and shade here were intentionally chosen to reflect not just the business’s vibe, but the woman behind it.

Yeah, I know it’s elementary, but but when you’re running a business, wearing 10 hats, juggling kids and after school activities…

Or worst of all, you’ll post those s**tty AI graphics that are not grabbing a single person’s attention.
And that doesn’t mean you’re lazy!!! 🤍

Posting can actually be FUN (swear I’m not lying!) 🤞🏽

The vast majority of us love talking about our business, we just don’t know how to in a way that gets the right people in our door.
