Hey Dance Fitness Lovers! Rock It Fitness in Madison is adding three hot new classes to it's line-up. In addition to heart-pumping hip hop cardio classes, Country Heat, PiYO, and CIZE will be added to the schedule in September! Check out Country Heat on Sundays at 3:00 and Mondays at 6:30, starting this Sunday, Sept 4!

**ANNOUNCEMENT**
National Dance Day is coming up! BUT WE are doing the dance a week early, NEXT Saturday the 19th so we can video it and get it turned in in plenty of time to the Dizzt Feet People. For those of you that are participating with us, please join us THIS SUNDAY, July 13th to learn the NDD routine! Brooke will be breaking it down at 2pm! We'll give you all of the details during class so make sure you're there! ;)
