Congratulations to Charlie Kotula on his promotion to Purple Belt.

Charlie has been a consistent, hardworking presence on the mats and someone his teammates can always count on for good rounds, a positive attitude, and strong work ethic.

Promotions like this are earned through years of showing up, improving, helping teammates, and continuing to grow through the ups and downs of training.

Today we remember and honor the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country, along with the families who continue to carry that sacrifice with them.

We’re grateful for those who chose service, responsibility, and sacrifice in support of something bigger than themselves.

We hope everyone has a safe and meaningful Memorial Day.

After 8 years away from competition, AJ stepped back onto the Strongman floor this weekend at the Viking Games in Stoughton during the Syttende Mai festival.

He completed every event, including:
• Viking Press
• Tire Flip Medley
• Atlas Stones
• Conan Wheel
• Trap Bar Hold

Getting back out there after that much time away takes humility, preparation, and willingness to be uncomfortable.

Proud to see him challenge himself and represent Twisted this weekend. 💪
