Marathoning changed my life.
I started running with one goal - to finish a marathon - but it ended up reshaping everything (in the best way). The structure, discipline, and data behind training gave me clarity and consistency I never expected.
Over time, I fell in love with the process and the science behind it. I dove deep into training theory and realized I could help others chase their own breakthroughs.
