We’re excited to share that Elevated Performance is taking a fresh approach this year to enhance our training sessions!

--- Key Updates

- **Class Schedule**: Classes will start again on **Monday at 5 PM** and **Friday at 4:30 PM**.

- **Small Class Sizes**: To ensure quality and individualized attention, we will limit class sizes to **no more than 10 athletes**. If you'd like your child to secure a spot as a regular member, please respond to this email. We will prioritize committed athletes who are eager to show up every week and elevate their skills.

Attention Coaches, Parents and Athletes

‘The success of our children comes from the drive, push and consistency the parent brings to the Athlete’

We hope everyone had a fantastic season! We trust that you have witnessed the progress in your athletes that you were anticipating or have noticed some positive changes from the previous season. 🏆

This off-season, we are thrilled to introduce our theme "All In or In the Way." It's all about being fully committed this off-season with your focus, dedication to school, and training. It's a mindset of giving it your all or stepping aside! 💪

We are emphasizing the importance of the kids being all in and dedicated to achieving success while also working towards reshaping the culture on the west side. 🌟

Our training sessions will continue at $15 per session per athlete, and we are offering a special rate for those looking to save money. You can pay $100 upfront for the month of training, which includes two sessions per week. Take advantage of this special offer! 💰

The positive feedback we received from parents after our first year of training was truly inspiring. They witnessed firsthand the impact of consistent off-season training. Ensure your athlete stays focused this off-season by participating in our weekly training sessions to stay sharp and prepared for the upcoming season. 🏃‍♂️

Attached to this email is our sign-up sheet for our initial sessions. As we will have a limit on our sessions once we move indoors, secure your spot early. If there is high demand, we are ready to open more classes to accommodate everyone. 📝

New year…. Partially new us! Time to introduce our 2024 board members! 🥳

The first board member we want to focus on is our President, Russ Petersen. The 2024 season will be his 15th year on the Cyprus Youth Football board - He is the longest current serving president within all of the Ute Conference. If you need Russ, you can be sure that he will be there to help in any way he can, whether you’ve been friends for years or you just met. We couldn’t ask for a better president for our district! 💙💛🏈

📢 Calling all parents and coaches! As the off-season kicks into high gear, it's time to prioritize our athletes' development, regardless of their age. We're thrilled to offer top-notch speed and agility training, with a program from experienced coaches from renowned colleges and pro teams. It's essential to instill these skills in our athletes early on, setting them up for success. Currently, our focus is on linear and lateral plyometrics, designed to strengthen their lower limbs and enhance overall body control.

Exciting news! We now have an indoor training facility conveniently located in the West Valley/Magna area. This space will provide a dedicated environment for our athletes to excel.
