Meet Dolly Parton, an adorable 4-month-old Cavapoo who’s spending two weeks with us for some puppy training! 💕 She’s learning all the basics—potty manners, crate skills, leash walking, place, sit, recall, impulse control, and how to make good choices like the little superstar she is. ✨

And her sister Betty White is here too… but her job is a little different. 😂 She’s hanging out, observing, and taking notes on how to be the best big sister possible.

🚨 Birdie used to have one recall setting: “Absolutely not.” 😂

For two years, only Mom could get this sweet Pomsky to come. Everyone else? She’d hit the eject button and disappear under the porch.

Fast forward… now she’s happily coming when called. 🐾

Here’s the secret: We didn’t skip straight to off-leash.

A long lead gives your dog the freedom to make good choices without letting them rehearse running away. Every successful recall builds confidence, trust, and the habit of coming back.

No chasing your dog around the yard.
No yelling.
No turning “come” into a game of touch football.

Just calm, consistent practice until coming to you becomes the obvious choice.

Remember: every time your dog ignores you and gets away, they’re practicing not listening. A long lead helps make sure they’re practicing success instead.

Meet Bella! She is officially halfway through her 2-Week Board & Train, and we couldn’t be prouder! 🎉

This sweet 1-year-old Great Pyrenees/Shepherd mix has been working hard on stopping excessive barking, respecting personal space, greeting guests politely, and building better manners all around. Meet Cooper 🐾✨

This 6-month-old Bernedoodle is here to level up! While he already came in with a great foundation, we’re helping him polish up his commands and dial in those all-important house manners.

Cooper is as sweet as they come with an easygoing, friendly disposition—but like a lot of young dogs, he’s still learning how to make the right choices in everyday situations. We’re focusing on consistency, clear communication, and helping him understand expectations inside the home (because good dogs don’t just happen—they’re guided 💪).

The goal? A well-mannered pup who not only listens, but chooses to make good decisions, even when life gets distracting.
