Congrats to Cassie, Easton, and Kinleigh on earning their new belts! These belts are a symbol of their skill level, which came from the hard work in the gym, being battle tested in tournaments, and being great teammates and examples for the other kids to look up to.

We’re proud of everything you’ve accomplished so far and can’t wait to keep watching you guys grow as athletes and people.

MORNING CLASSES ONLY

Little Bulldogs (ages 3–6) will run as normal today, Wednesday 8/26 at 10:15 AM.

Homeschool (ages 7+) will be moved to tomorrow, Thursday 8/27 at 10:15 AM.

All other classes will remain on their normal schedule.

What a great weekend for our team!

We spent this Friday at Elevate Submission Series and want to say thank you to everyone who came out to support our competitors. Having our team there cheering each other on always means a lot.

Big shoutout to everyone who stepped on the big stage and competed. We’re incredibly proud of all of you!

Bekah ⭐️ brought home the 125 lb Purple Belt Title belt with an awesome mounted triangle kimura finish, and Mäšhhôrullah Aziz picked up a great win by armbar.

Great work from all of our other competitors as well. Everyone went out there, put on a show, tested themselves against some tough and high level competitors, and gave us knowledge to take back to the gym.

Thank you Elevate Submission Series for continuing to give our athletes the opportunity to compete, test themselves, and improve every event.
