**SEMINAR ANNOUNCEMENT**

Saturday, March 21st we are honored to welcome to our gym for a two hour Nogi seminar. Sebastian is a Tony Torres-Aponte brown belt as well as a professional MMA fighter. Before he turned his attention to MMA he climbed the ranks in the grappling world all the way up to #6 in the world for his weight class. We are excited for the chance to learn from him and we hope you’ll join us!

Open to members and non members as well as kids and adults!
