So easy to top yogurt, throw into a smoothie or top a salad.

It’s time to spring into fitness. The sun sets later in the day and the temperatures begin to rise giving us the opportunity for more outdoor activity and vitamin D.
The transition of the season is motivating!
Remember feeling your best goes way beyond a workout. Follow these tips for true wellness.
Give yourself time in your schedule to enjoy morning outdoor activity & journaling. Ex. Journal outside in the morning sunshine to help with sleep hygiene. Journaling your intentions for the day will help you follow through.
Lifting heavy weights properly 3 times a week will help you build muscle, increase metabolism, regulate blood sugar, decrease stress and rid brain fog.
Prioritizing protein at every meal will help support muscle mass, improve mood, regulate blood sugar and decrease craving.
Proper sleep hygiene helps with stress, energy levels, brain fog, appetite control and workout recovery.
Give yourself time to create these habits and note the positive changes they are making in your overall health.
