Happy Sunday! Here's some exciting news: starting July 2nd, I will be offering Weights for Women 3 times per week! We will be having 9 am classes on Saturday mornings to help kick your weekend off in the best way possible. Spots are limited so get yourself signed up!

Don't forget, my nutrition coaching begins this week! Sign up and learn how to build healthy and sustainable habits to help you reach your goals this summer. This is a 90 day program that gives you the option of full macro counting or building meals based on portion sizes that work the best for you and focusing on checking off all of the components of a balanced meal. My goal for my clients who sign up is for them to take the information they've learned through the program and continue to keep up their healthy habits. This is not a quick fix, it will take time and commitment, but it will be sustainable for you in the long run. Anything that is sustainable is not going to be quick!! Message me for more info!

Barbell bent over rows are a compound lift that is great for building strength in your back.
