Special honors went to:
Homer Janson, recipient of the Junior Men’s 1st Place in Classical and 2nd Place Contemporary!

Homer received full scholarships at the UBC to Ballet West Academy, The Rock School in PA., & Chautauqua Summer Intensive and at YAGP to Oklahoma City Ballet Academy, Tulsa Ballet and The Harid Academy!

Large ensembles “Ich Habe Genug” (I Have Enough”) choreographed by Bto Alum Fulton Heisler and “Fantasy” choreographed by director Claudia Rudolf Barrett placed in Top 12.

Maren Heisler placed in Top 12 of both the Junior Classical & Contemporary division.

Ulysses Janson received a scholarship offer from Oklahoma City Ballet and invitation to Legacy Masters program in Italy..

Alexandra Kovacs placed in Top 12 of the Pre-Competitive division and received an invitation to Legacy Masters summer program in Italy.

Ballet tech of ohio also received awards at the UBC regional competition, including “Outstanding Studio”, 1st & 2nd place ensembles & other awards.
Bto has summer Intensives beginning June 15 and ending August 7 with an amazing staff of internationally recognized instructors and much individual attention!

So excited to be joined by guest instructors, Sierra Abelardo and Samuel Gest for our final two weeks of Summer Intensives, July 28-August 5!

Sierra is a BTO alum who now dances as a senior soloist with Sarasota Ballet. Samuel Gest, soloist with Sarasota Ballet, is a Silver Medal winner at the NY Finals of YAGP. Both are tremendous dancers and have much to share with your dancer!
