🏋️♀️Physical well-being: How do you feel? Are you tense? Exhausted? Weary? Do you feel healthy? How is your health? Are you eating healthy or exercising?
🧘♀️Mental/emotional well-being: How are your stress levels? Are you depressed? Lonely? How are your relationships with friends and family members? Do you have a healthy sense of identity? Are you happy?
💵Financial well-being: Are you stressed about money? Do you feel financially secure? How is it affecting your health and mindset? Do you have a lot of arguments about money with your spouse?
📈Occupation: Are you satisfied with your work? Fulfilled? Do you feel valued and appreciated? Do you feel you’re fairly paid for your time? Is there enough flexibility?
🙏Spiritual well-being: Do you have a spiritual sense of well-being? Do you feel connected to your core values?

Daily goals:
1️⃣I will think positive thoughts.
✨Positive thinking normally starts with self-talk. Self-talk is the endless flow of unspoken thoughts that race through your head. These automatic thoughts can be positive or negative. Some of your self-talk comes from logic and reason. Other self-talk may arise from misconceptions that you create because of ignorance.
Then the thoughts are mostly negative, your outlook on life is more likely full of misery. If your thoughts are mostly positive, you're likely to be more joyful!
2️⃣I will drink 1 gallon of water.
✨Importance of Hydration
1. Improved brain performance
2. Digestive harmony
3. More energy

5. Decreased joint pain
6. Better temperature regulation
7. Kidney stone prevention
8. Healthier heart
9. Improved detoxification
10. Fewer headaches
3️⃣I will move my body
✨Focusing on a doable step count a day to stay active all day long. Regular physical activity helps increase the amount of oxygenated blood being sent to your muscles. I personally focus on 8K steps a day. Use a step pedometer to be consistent.
4️⃣I will get plenty of rest
✨Sleep and rest gives your immune system a boost. Sleep stimulates creativity along with memory. Rest helps you stay mentally and emotionally fit.
