Power outages, heat warnings, no a/c.. oh, my!
Countryside YMCA is committed to keeping our community safe and healthy. If ANYONE in our community is without power, please feel free to come to our Lebanon or Landen facility to utilize our showers, wi-fi and air conditioning. ALL community members are welcome.
The only thing it will cost is a quick check-in at out MAIN entrance to see a photo ID and to es**rt you to our showers.

It’s Founder’s Day! On this date in 1844, George Williams and 11 other young men held a meeting in London that would lead to the founding of the YMCA. For 178 years, the Y has worked to strengthen communities –creating the first group swim classes, spearheading the first English as a Second Language (ESL) classes, and addressing chronic disease through programs like our Parkinson's program, LIVESTRONG® at Countryside YMCA, and Diabetes Management.

Our LIVESTRONG® at Countryside YMCA program is a free, 12-week program meets twice a week for 90 minutes, using traditional exercise methods to ease you back into fitness and help you maintain a healthy weight. Cancer survivors do not have to be a member to participate in LIVESTRONG® at Countryside YMCA!
