Review the brackets often – just to be sure that nothing changes! It’s your responsibility!

Your goal is to make it to a "yellow" line -- that's the berth to the Ohio Area State Tournament (TOAST).

Look over the tournament rules.

Reminder:

Referees will conduct roster checks on the field! Paper copy of roster is needed -- the referee will handback when complete.

If the kid is not on the roster that was submitted by your club – they can’t play.

NO guest players

Everyone must play at least half the game in regulation.

You WILL need a timekeeper to track time for BOTH teams!

The parent timekeeper from each team will sit on the team side, together and track the playing time for BOTH teams. The referees can answer questions.

Your timekeeper will need – chair, clipboard, pencil/pen and time.

The timesheet is on the website – print a few to bring with you

If tied after regulation – there are 2 OT periods:

Passers = 5 minutes x 2

Wings = 6 minutes x 2

Strikers = 8 minutes x 2

Kickers= 8 minutes x 2

If still tied after the OT periods, it’s Penalty Kicks

Be prepared with a Shoot-Out list – (link is in the website) – print and bring with you.

Congratulations on reaching the SAY North tournament.

Kings Soccer club has 18 teams that qualified for tournament (up from 10 last year). We had teams qualify in every division we had teams participating, except Girls Kickers B and Girls Strikers C.

We also had 7 teams earn 1st or 2nd place in Wings, Strikers, and Kickers League Divisions, which is more than any other participating club. That is AMAZING!

Here are all of our tournament qualifiers.

Boys Passers: Albritton, Parker, Pohl
Girls Passers: Morton, Rauch

Boys Wings: Tomes, Melzer, Armstrong, Mueller
Girls Wings: Young, Beheshti, Mowery

Boys Strikers: Terry, Graham, Young
Girls Strikers: Jayjohn

Boys Kickers: Haddox, Worpenberg
