Happy Birthday to the woman who brings so much light into every space she walks into. ✨

If you know her, you know what I mean. There’s just something about her energy… the way she lifts people up, makes them feel seen, and somehow always knows exactly what someone needs in the moment. 💖

She has this quiet but powerful way of reminding everyone around her of who they are and what they’re capable of. 💪🏻

The world is brighter because you’re in it. ☀️ All of us at Solrev are endlessly grateful the magic you carry. 🦄

Just another day at Solrev 😂

This was not staged - just some standard pre + post class shenanigans. Becky just happened to be filming.

Last Wednesday, we were exploring ways to style a new haircut, celebrating a birthday, and welcoming a member to her first Fast Blast. While you never really know what will be going down, you can rest assured that the pre-class vibes are always EXTRA. Extra fun, electric and welcoming!

We like to think it’s a perfect warmup to our classes, which bring the 🔥, 💪🏻 and 🧘🏼‍♀️.

Sweat outside the box, baby.

We love sunshine ☀️ and blue skies during our sessions! It keeps our programming feeling as fresh as a cool breeze on a Florida day! (And amps up your Vitamin D, boosts mitochondrial function and metabolism, reduces stress, and supports circadian rhythm)

Of course, most of the workout happens in our energetic (and air-conditioned) indoor studio, but we keep things moving and always unexpected to infuse energy and fun into every sesh!

But, in all seriousness, we believe true health comes when you put down the whip and, instead, love yourself fit.

To remind our Solrev members to love themselves the way they love others, Solrev’s Becky sculpted each member a ceramic heart tray.

Each time they place an item into the tray, we hope they are reminded to love themselves and others with ALL THEIR HEARTS!
