If you‘ve never been able to stick to a fitness routine for longer than a week, you may be self sabotaging.
Results take time. And where you start today is the beginning of you getting used to getting this new skill.
Forget who you should be. That person doesn’t exist… yet.
What can you do right now? So that you can be closer to that person you want to be.
Start easy. But be consistent ✅

It’s disappointing to try super hard and still not reach your goals.
I’m telling you a huge part of that disappointment will be because you don’t have enough data to know what’s going wrong.
If you don’t track your food intake, it’s like shooting in the dark. You probably won’t know what’s working or what’s not working.
No, you don’t have to record every calorie ala MyFitnessPal. But you need to at least have a record (photo or text) of what you ate so that you can take that info and move on objectively.
