Hey everybody! Sorry for the long wait but we are nearing closer and closer to the grand opening. We just need a few more things to make the studio complete. In the meantime, we would like to announce a soft opening this Saturday November 25th for our clients, family and friends as a thank you for all the support and following us as we worked so hard to make our dream a reality. We will be hosting from 12-2pm with small bites provided from the restaurant next door but all is welcome to bring anything they'd like! Oh and also it'll be a open gym so bring your workout clothes and use the facility to get your workout in 💪

Just want to give a quick thank you for everyone for all the support and encouragement to help us move forward and have this studio up and moving. Things are slowly coming together and it's looking great. Stay tuned! ✌️
