Rowan, Charlotte, and Nora participated in the Endicott College Dance Team Clinic this past weekend. Every experience gives our dancers a chance to grow, get inspired, learn new styles and motivates growth. Looking forward to seeing what you learned.
A wonderful day at the Dance Teachers Club of Boston Dance Education Training Course graduation. We had 4 graduates-Ellie, Claire, Francesca and Madison with 2 completing their first year- Hannah and Nicolette. Sabrina Interbartolo was co-chairperson with Deb Lamontagne and it was so nice to see the traditions still live on, especially the Grand March in white gowns. Ms Jeana was the advisor for 2nd year for the week. Molly and I were honored to present an Eleanor Rubino Memorial Award to first year student Lealise Hughes a student of Carolyn Dutra In Rhode Island. Several of our students also received awards- Francesca(Lila Frances Viles Award for highest overall average in Ballet Tap and Jazz for 2 years/Ellie(Janet Gret Award for overall excellence in ballet for 2 years) and Claire(Deborah Montagne Excellence in Teaching -for highest overall score teaching). Claire and Madison were featured performers for winning scholarships in their first year. Feeling incredibly proud of all of them and our PTDC staff as we must be doing something right in training our dancers. 💜

As I continue cleaning out studio I keep finding memories! That’s why I encourage my students to embrace every opportunity. Perform, try new things, step outside your comfort zone. You never know which experience will be the one you treasure.

Lia and Evie taking part in our summer trend at Hershey Park....love that chocolate. Ok - here's one for those oldies--- who remembers taking the bus to Hershey Park to perform -- then the bus broke down and got a flat tire--- the bus driver walked away without saying anything --- and Stefan, Matt and Dan changed the tire on the bus🤣🤪😂🤣 Who was on the bus that year?????? We have such awesome memories!

Summer trend continues into Jamaica --- Ava enjoying her extended vacation. Not a bad place to be stranded for a few extra days! Love a waterfall!
So excited for Francesca, Madison and Ms Jeana who spent this past week in Indiana on DMNE scholarships to train at Dance Masters of America SHIP(Student Honors Intensive Program) and the Teacher Training Course. I am sure the inspiration from the amazing faculty and dancing among dedicated dancers will return with their growth ready to inspire and motivate everyone around them. Oh to be young again!!
