We were fortunate to get a day to visit one of my favorite places, Kings Island. Everyone had a great time and clearly exhausted by the end of the day

What a great trip we had at my old dojo in Ohio!! Some of our students made the long drive and train where it all began for me. We were welcomed by all. We thank Mason Dojo for everything

Apologies for not posting earlier. A big congratulations to Mr. Dimotta, Mr. Oakes and Adam on their recent rank promotions!! Well earned and deserved!

Awesome Saturday of knife defense training!! Worked both unarmed as well as armed. I believe they enjoyed it judging by the energy and smiles of the students

Youth and adults finished up the month with some ground defensive techniques. We typically start at the beginning of the 30 flow. This time we started deeper into it so students could see what they haven’t had a chance to experience yet

We finished out the month with some fun! Obstacle course for Little Samurai and Youth. Great time! We also welcome Avery to our little Samurai program! He will be a great addition

BBC had another round of free response sparring!! Also learning Oni Kudaki into Musha Dori for the first time. They all did great! Some other random little Samurai pics. A great Saturday! Still have a few spots remaining for all programs. Try us out and see for yourself

Happy Mother’s Day to all of our youth moms and to moms everywhere. Moms got to train with their student and given a flower and candy for all they do for us. Great time and some moms really loved taking it to their young one haha

WOW! Last nights belt graduation was nothing short of awesome! Not only was it our largest but quite possibly the best overall in every way. Each student stepped up and gave their all. The families watching supported the students with enthusiasm. I am so proud of our students, families and this dojo. Great work and keep moving forward!!

What a great week! We welcome Miss Layla and Mr. Oakes to our school! Congratulations to Noah on earning his Camo Red belt! We did many concepts with the hanbo as well as the Ninja obstacle course. Looking forward to the upcoming week and belt graduation! What a great place! Come see for yourself

What a great day yesterday!! We were invited to BOCES by Ms. Peets to give a self defense seminar to her class. So much energy from these young ladies! It was an awesome time and I can’t thank them enough for the experience. A big shout out and thank you to Ms. Oakes, Miss Lina, Mr. Kinsley, Mr. Dimotta and Ms. Jaye for all their help. (Sorry for the very large photo dump but there were so many good pics)

Enjoying the great weather today! We had a great week! Just look at the intensity the adults have with the ever challenging Ganseki Nage throw. Lots of heavy hitting target training! Daryl moved forward in little Samurai, we are so proud. Students helping students. No Egos!! That’s what makes this place great. You should check out a class or better yet, come out on the mat and begin something new for yourself
