We are hosting a Breast Cancer Awareness event on October 10th at 10am. It’ll be free to attend, but we will have something set up for people to make donations as they please. The event will be centered around a group workout and hoping to have some vendors and things to help as well. I wanted to just start getting the word out, but will have more information to come including a flyer(with the details) and an official way to register! Thanks!!

We are very excited to bring aboard Justin Caldwell Justin Caldwell to the DRF team! Justin is a certified personal trainer who comes from at athletic background rooted in football. He has great experience with youth athletics as well as guiding adults with all levels of experience. His own time spent in the gym working on his own fitness combined with his continued pursuit to be a great coach make him an awesome addition to our coaching staff. He will be available mornings from 6am-noon and will be announcing a small group schedule as well!

We’re very excited to bring aboard coach Ed to the DRF team!! Ed comes has a EMT background as well as serving in the army reserves. His experience helping others along with his passion for health and wellness makes him a great addition. He will be offering some small group times and will be making some availability for 1:1 clients as he continues to grow within David Richards Fitness! We just wanted to introduce him, but we have more announcements and his class schedule coming soon! Let’s gooooo!!!!

Very excited for this addition to the gym! This leg extension/ leg curl combination from is a great piece and is as smooth as they claim. We can’t wait to keep the legs gains going with this new machine!

We’re very excited to add this new hip extension machine to our growing lower body section. This will allow us to more safely load a great glute exercise with ease. Who’s ready to build their legs with us?!

🏋️‍♂️ We are excited to announce our new “Small Group Training” availability with Coach Kayla starting for Fall! Beginning 10/4 we will be offering the chance to train in the studio with a team of others who have similar goals! These groups will be limited to just 8 participants so you can experience the energy and motivation a group brings, while also getting the benefits of personal coaching with a reasonable class size. These classes will focus building strength, working on conditioning, and gaining overall comfort across different training modalities. Times are limited to start but we will add more as we build them up. First class is free and then $25 for a drop in after that or $160 for an 8 pack(more options to come).
