Everybody make some noise for our girl ANALEE “BIG RED” #18! ❤️‍🔥🥎 This girl brings the personality AND the hustle! Holding down 3rd base, Analee especially loves when someone gets a little too brave and tries to steal third, because she LOVES getting that out! 😏🔥

Off the field, Big Red has some pretty awesome favorites! Her go-to after-game combo is a Bucc-ee’s Icee and Takis 🥤🔥🌶️, and if she could spend an entire day anywhere in the world, she’s headed straight to Hawaii! 🌺🏝️ When she’s not ripping it up on the softball field, you can find her drawing 🎨, gaming with her friends 🎮, or dreaming about becoming a famous artist!

And if you give Analee a choice between unlimited candy, ice cream, or pizza… PIZZA!!! 🍕😂 Honestly, we respect that answer! But the thing that makes our Big Red uniquely HER? That gorgeous RED HAIR! ❤️‍🔥👩‍🦰 You definitely know when Big Red is on the field!

The strongest girls on the softball field aren’t always the ones with the most home runs or the loudest cheers.

Sometimes, she’s the girl who is struggling.

The one who hasn’t had the game she wanted.
The one who keeps getting in her own head.
The one who wants so badly to make her team proud.
The one whose eyes fill with tears after a mistake—but she wipes them, takes a breath, and gets ready for the next play.

That girl is strong too.

Because it takes a whole lot of heart to keep stepping onto a field where you know you might fail in front of everyone.

And every time she does, she’s building something bigger than a batting average or a win.

She’s building resilience.
Confidence.
Character.
And the belief that she can handle hard things. ❤️

So if your softball girl is having a tough season, remind her: you don’t have to be perfect to be proud of yourself.

Keep showing up, baby girl. Your moment is coming.

If your child is in the outfield…
it’s not a punishment.

It’s not where coaches “stick” kids.
It’s not where talent goes to hide.

It’s where trust lives.

They’re the last line of defense.
The ones who stop doubles from becoming triples.
The ones who save runs no one even notices.

And the truth is…
not every kid can play out there.

It takes awareness.
It takes speed.
It takes confidence
It takes a great arm

So no
don’t downplay it.

Don’t say,
“They just stuck them in the outfield.”

Say this instead:
“They trusted them out there.”

Because good outfielders save games!

Side story: I was the kid that played 3rd and SS in league ball, and Left field and Catcher in tournament ball.
Guess which one was my favorite???

There was nothing like sprinting, diving, catching and throwing girls out from left field. Guess which one I wanted to play in adult coed ball?

🥎💜💛 SEAM RIPPERS PLAYER SPOTLIGHT! 💛💜🥎

Today we’re shining the spotlight on our girl EVALYNN
FRUHLING — “EV” #10! 🌟🥎 Ev loves to be behind the plate playing catcher, and this position has a special meaning to her because her dad played catcher too! 💜 Talk about keeping it in the family! 🥹🥎

If Ev could have any celebrity come watch her play, she’d pick Reese Atwood 👀⭐and honestly, we think she’d have one heck of a cheering section! When it comes to advice for a new softball player, Ev keeps it simple: “Try your best and hustle!” 💪🔥 That’s definitely a Seam Ripper attitude!

Off the field, Ev is all about waffles 🧇, hanging out on the porch on a rainy day 🌧️, and laughing with her friends 😂. If she got to design her dream bedroom, you already know there would be no question, it would be ALL softball! 🥎💜💛 And if she had to choose between a giant trampoline room or a swimming pool at home… POOL, definitely! 🏊‍♀️😎

But our favorite answer has to be what she’s most proud of: her progress from when she first started catching until now. 👏🥹 Watching that growth, hard work, and confidence come together is exactly what makes these player spotlights so special!

At SeamRippers, we put the WE before the ME. Every player matters. Every player has a role. And every player is willing to play wherever the TEAM needs her most.

We aren’t building a team around individual positions or individual stats. We’re building a TEAM — girls who trust each other, pick each other up, celebrate each other, and do whatever it takes to win TOGETHER.

🥎 Our 2027 Spring Plan:
• One tournament every month — March through June
• Focus on development, fundamentals, and competing at a high level
• Build chemistry, confidence, and softball IQ
• Then we take a well-earned break…
• And come back ready to prepare for 12U Fall Ball! 💪

We’re not just preparing for the next game.
We’re building something.

💜💛 A HUGE SHOUTOUT TO OUR PICKUP PLAYERS!💛💜

This weekend was HOT, we were down girls for Labor Day vacations, and then we had a girls go down last minute with that nasty tummy bug. That left us with only **9 girls** for our first 2 games! 😳🥵

So let’s talk about the girls who stepped in and absolutely ROCKED OUR SOCKS OFF!*👏🏼🔥

⭐ **Addy** — She spent the *whole day* with us and jumped right in like she had been a SeamRipper forever! She brought the energy, the hustle, and that same competitive spirit our girls have. And guess what… we may get to see a little more of her in the spring! 👀💜💛

⭐ **Brooklyn** — Our former teammate came back with that big smile and her **aggressive little self** ready to work! 😆🔥 She held down shortstop and gave our girls the relief they needed. It was so good to have her back on the field with us!

⭐ **Addalyn** — She showed up not knowing a single person, jumped right in, gave our pitchers some much-needed relief, and played an **AWESOME first base!** Talk about stepping outside your comfort zone and getting after it! 👏🏼

And let me say this because it matters to us…

**We don't just pick up anybody.** Our coaches are very intentional about who steps onto the field with our girls. We choose girls from families we know and trust, and girls who we know will bring the **same heart, hustle, attitude, and fighting spirit** that we expect from our SeamRippers.

Coach doesn't just hand out a jersey—**she knows who she's putting beside our girls.** 💯

To Addy, Brooklyn, and Addalyn: **THANK YOU!** You didn't just fill a spot on the field. You showed up, worked hard, encouraged our girls, and became part of the team for the day.

That's what being a SeamRipper is all about. 💜💛

🥎 5th Place out of 10 teams in their FIRST tournament! 💜💛

These ladies showed up and competed! We played some tough teams that put the ball in play and exposed some of our weaknesses—exactly what fall ball is supposed to do.
We also got to see some really good pitching, and that gave our bats the opportunity to come alive! 🔥
We walked away knowing exactly where we need to put in the work, what we need to clean up, and what we need to KEEP doing as we prepare for spring.

And apparently, other teams are starting to notice too… 👀
I overheard an opposing coach tell his player:
“This isn’t a team we can mess around with, so be smart running those bases.”
👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
EXCUSE ME?! THAT’S WHAT I’M TALKING ABOUT.

We might not be finished products yet, but we are becoming a team that people CAN’T afford to overlook.

These SeamRippers are learning.
These SeamRippers are fighting.
These SeamRippers are getting better.
And come spring… you better be ready for us. 💜💛🥎

🥎💜 GAME 2 = ANOTHER W! 💛🥎

The Seam Rippers came out swinging again and pulled off an 8-6 WIN over Central AR Outlaws! 🔥👏

What a GOOD game! Lots of great defensive plays, big moments, and these girls fought for every single out! 💪🥎
I am seriously SO proud of every one of these athletes for battling through this 110°+ weather 🥵😂 and continuing to hustle, encourage each other, and play their hearts out! That’s what being a TEAM is all about! 💜💛
