Got to see dolphins this morning at Beach Pilates! Still have plenty more opportunities to come out with us. Next class is Friday at 7:30 on Pompano 🐬☀️🌊

So surprised to learn that Ukraine attacked itself.

Yesterday: FANTASTIC Beach Pilates day! Because we had a great workout, sure, but especially because a whale, a pod of dolphins (two pods?!) and a fishing bird swung by to visit. Spectacular!😃 Too bad I couldn't capture all that on camera. But the whale's there, I swear.

Beach Pilates has begun! Great fun thanks to all my regulars and new people who came out Wednesday. 🌞🏖️😎

Meanwhile, indoor Pilates continues every Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 a.m. at St Denis school. That'll just have to hold us over until next summer.

Yesterday morning: Cloudy, yes. Beautiful, yes! Our final Friday, also yes, but we still have one more day. That's this Wednesday, August 9. Of course I love seeing my regulars and I also love that many new people just pop in, too. Locals and visitors alike want to change things up!
